Official Sweepstakes Rules

1 | Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who reside within the Western New York service area, specifically Erie, Niagara, Wyoming, and Cattaraugus counties. Participants must be 18 years or older as of the date of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of Stately (Stately Builders, Inc., Stately Kitchen and Bath, LLC; Stately Post Frame, LLC; Stately General Contrcting, LLC), as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter or win.

2 | Entry Period

The sweepstakes begins on Monday, January 6, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3 | How to Enter

Participants must complete the online entry form located at StatelyBuilders.com/homeshow. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4 | Prize

Winners will receive free tickets to the Buffalo Home Show, held on March 7–9, 2025. Tickets are promotional and hold no cash value. The total number of tickets awarded will depend on the allotment available at the time of the drawing.

5 | Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random on Thursday, March 6, 2025. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on their entry form. Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner will be selected.

6 | Additional Conditions

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and accept decisions made by Stately Builders, Inc., which are final and binding.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

7 | Use of Personal Information

By entering the sweepstakes, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes and communicating future offers, subject to their selected email preference.

8 | Release of Liability

By accepting a prize, winners release Stately Builders, Inc., its affiliates, and employees from any and all liability for claims, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9 | Void Where Prohibited

This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

11 | Termination

Stately Builders, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes in the event of technical difficulties, fraud, or other factors beyond its control that compromise its integrity.
